Depends on service. Exterior work does not need someone to be home at time of Service. If you have interior work that needs to be done, we will have to have someone over 18 to allow us in.

No. Most of the time, we will be able to give you an estimate without access to your home.

If we are doing a full clean with interior, we would need you to have any breakable items from window sills and furniture  moved that are in the working area for liability reasons.

For exterior window cleaning, only- please have screens removed.
